Palaeolithic - Bronze Age
Flint scrapers were used to scrape fat and flesh from an animal hide or carve bone for thousands of years in prehistory.
Flint scrapers have been found at Creswell Crags in Pinhole Cave and Robin Hood Cave.
These replica tools have been handmade in the same way as originally made and so vary in size from 8-10 cm. The item received may be slightly different in colour/appearance to the image due to natural variations in the flint rock.
These replica tools are very sharp and should not be purchased by people under the age of 18. These tools are not toys.
